Each individual may register only one account. Registering multiple accounts — whether using the same or different personal details, devices, IP addresses, or payment methods — is strictly prohibited and constitutes a material breach of these Terms. gb66 uses automated systems and manual review processes to detect duplicate accounts. Where duplicates are identified, all associated accounts will be closed and any balances or bonus entitlements may be forfeited at gb66's discretion.

KYC verification may be triggered upon registration, when a withdrawal request is submitted, when account activity patterns appear unusual, or when required by gb66's internal compliance procedures. Failure or refusal to complete KYC verification to gb66's reasonable satisfaction will result in the suspension of your account and the withholding of withdrawals until verification is completed.

• Processing time: Withdrawals to bKash and Nagad mobile wallets are typically processed within 15 minutes of approval. Bank transfer withdrawals may take up to three (3) business days depending on the receiving institution.
• Verification holds: Withdrawals may be placed on hold pending KYC verification or compliance review. gb66 will notify you if your withdrawal is subject to a hold and will provide a reasonable timeframe for resolution.
• Transaction limits: Daily and monthly transaction limits apply and may vary by payment method. gb66 reserves the right to adjust these limits at its discretion and will notify affected players via registered email or account notification.

gb66 does not charge internal fees on standard deposits or withdrawals. However, your payment service provider (for example, bKash or your bank) may apply their own transaction charges, for which gb66 bears no responsibility.

You must only deposit funds from payment methods that are legally registered in your own name. gb66 prohibits the use of third-party payment methods and will reject or reverse any transaction identified as originating from a source other than the account holder's own accounts.

gb66 offers a range of bonuses and promotional offers to eligible players, including but not limited to welcome deposit bonuses, reload bonuses, cashback offers, free spins, and seasonal promotions tied to events such as BPL season, Eid, and Pohela Boishakh. All bonuses are subject to the following general conditions, in addition to any specific terms published alongside individual promotions.

• Wagering requirements: All bonus funds are subject to wagering requirements before they may be withdrawn as cash. The applicable wagering multiplier will be stated clearly in the promotion terms. For example, a bonus carrying a 20x wagering requirement on a ৳1,000 bonus means ৳20,000 in qualifying bets must be placed before the bonus or winnings derived from it can be withdrawn.
• Eligible games: Not all games contribute equally to wagering requirements. Slots typically contribute 100%, while table games, live casino, and certain specialty games may contribute at a lower rate (e.g., 10%–20%). • Bonus expiry: Bonuses that have not been fully wagered within the specified validity period will expire automatically. Expired bonus funds are forfeited.

• Withdrawal of real funds: Where an account holds both real-money funds and bonus funds, real-money funds will be used for wagering first unless the player elects otherwise, subject to platform configuration.

gb66 reserves the right to modify, suspend, or withdraw any bonus or promotion at any time without prior notice, provided that changes do not adversely affect bonuses already active on player accounts at the time of the change.

All content published on the gb66 Website and Platform — including but not limited to text, graphics, logos, icons, images, audio and video clips, software, data compilations, and the overall design and layout — is the exclusive property of gb66 or its respective licensors and is protected by applicable intellectual property laws.

You are granted a limited, non-exclusive, non-transferable, revocable licence to access and use the Platform solely for personal, non-commercial entertainment purposes in accordance with these Terms. Nothing in these Terms excludes or limits gb66's liability for death or personal injury caused by negligence, or for fraud or fraudulent misrepresentation, or any other liability that cannot be excluded or limited by law.
